A   collaborative  work  with  Chan  Tsz  Ching,  Cheung  Ka  Lun  in  2019

Dongguan  is  the  city  where  “  Made  in  China”  are  produced.  In Dongguan,  the predominant population comprises immigrant workers who find themselves navigating interactions with the local community amidst a dynamically evolving environment. Their presence introduces seemingly conflicting elements that, when combined, give rise to extraordinary chemical reactions, contributing to the creation of a contemporary cultural diversity that encompasses a wide spectrum of experiences.

The notion of distance dissolves when a megaphone serves as the conduit for communication over extended spaces. As the resonances traverse the water, vibrations materialize, generating noticeable ripples on the water's surface. These ripples seamlessly integrate into the surrounding garden environment. The creative team endeavors to transform these audible expressions into visual manifestations, aiming to underscore the significance of personal communication in our lives and to pay homage to the artisanal traditions handed down from generation to generation through vocal communication in Dongguan.
